The results were very interesting. Elite representatives’ characteristics such as influence perspective independence can have very different resource fulfillment in every region. In one region the most influential can be a structure with a strong charismatic leader, outlined strategy and significant participation in the local media business. In another region the same set of characteristics will be ineffective. Since then, the holding of such ranking is one of our key activity directions.
